Since sis is flying off to europe this saturday and won't be back in 3 weeks' time so she suggested on having an early birthday dinner for me. Obviously she won't be here on my actual birthday. So we decided to have hk style dinner. at imperial peking restaurant. The food was SUPER YUMMY and that's why that place is sooo famous! Bro met his old classmate there and chatted with him for a while. His friend is actually studying what my bro wanted to study initially. culinary. I knoe. My bro is so gay. LOL. As stated from the title, I bet everyone's wondering what I got for my Semester Exams. Ah well, I'm pleased to tell you that I got what I expected to get. I passed my Anatomy and Biomechanics with credit, scored spot on for my French and got a HD, but failed my Neuroscience with a F1. However, I only failed the bit I expected I would. Which is the neurophysiotherapy bit. Thank the lord, buddha, allah, or wtv god I did not fail my neuroanatomy bit. That bit stressed my ass out before the exams and I studied my ass off for that bit. I guessed I concentrated on that bit more than the failed part before the exam. Ah well, I'll be sitting for the supplementary exam in august and that is soon I must say. Let's hope I'll pass this subject and won't be seeing the 1st yrs next yr in neuroscience. *Fingers crossed* =)

Oh this is to you bzbody mirians who happen to have moms or dads who know my parents. Oh I know how you ppl are like. Bloody report to your parents and say oh, that M** T**** or S**** K****'s daughter failed again. 2nd time already. how stupid is she huh? No brains at all. Yeah yeah. Why don't you give physio a try? Let me know if you think it's hard. I wouldn't bloody take up this course if I'd known it's this tough. But hey, I love physio and I won't drop it no matter how many times I fail. Choy ah I got the money to repeat. Piss off.

On a lighter note, something made my day today! BRUNO! He's a beagle and he's desmond's cute little boy. He is the cutest beagle I've ever seen! Although he pounces at me and jumps sky high whenever he runs towards me. He clawed me like crazy and now I've got a little piece of memory on my body that will remind me of him. =)

I have nvr in my life been to a paintball game before and yesterday was my first time doing it. Desmond and I had planned for this paintball thing ever since before exam and was soo looking forward to it since then. We actually had about 20 ppl going for the paintball game but at about 10.30pm on 19th July, we found out that only 14 ppl are going. The worst thing was that I had already paid $190 deposit beforehand and it's a non-refundable deposit! The $190 I paid for was $10 per person = 19 ppl. only 14 went so that means I had to lose $50. +__+! I was panicking like hell on that night and des n I tried soo many ways to get more ppl to go. lol! Couldn't sleep well that night because was too worried and called the lady at the place straight after I woke up. Thank god she said it was fine and we still could get a private session but I'll still lose my $50. And till then, I thought I was really gonna lose my $50! BUT, when we reached there, that lady told me that she has not actually put my credit card through for the $190 which means, I DID NOT LOSE $50! wheeee!!! Overall, the game was...fun I should say. despite the oily paint on the barracks, cars, platforms, and the barrels AND the foggy masks, I guess I could round it up as FUN. haha! Nolah it really was fun. I learnt how to fire a paintball gun, get shot in the head, arse and thigh and how to be protected. lol! My group won overall but I obviously did not dedicate anything to the victory. I was mostly hiding and getting shot during the games.

On a lighter note, I got to exercise! =p My thigh n leg muscles are sooo fatigue right now. Damn. Now I walk like a horse with heels. Imagine that. =/

I am not dead. Was just m.i.a-ing for a week plus because I was in Melbourne. The trip was great btw. It was like a honeymoon with the bf. Hey don't get me wrong. I do not intend to let you think that we're getting married. heck it's still sooo early. I'm only 19 for goodness sake!

ANYWAY, Melbourne was a blast! Went shopping like mad and walked arnd the city like mad. The Bf was lucky that I'm doing physio and I learnt a few of the massaging techniques. He dint have to worry about getting sore feet or back at night cuz I can always make it better. pffft. I wanted ppl to massage me too but no one knew how! lousy bf! haha!

Bought two tops only (I knoe-y so little. =.= ), one trench coat, heaps of bed socks, waist belt, earrings, cool hairpins, and heaps more. oohh oohh and I took lots of pics too! put them all up on the slideshow below.Hope you enjoy it lol.

How sweet is that? Well you may think it's not but I do! haha! He's not like the typical guys who dont go shopping with their partners and I find that offensive and rude.

But yeah, he shopped like mad too. HEHE. Went to the usual places in Melb. Melbourne Central, Bourke Street Mall, Crown Casino, Collins street, DFO on Spencer Street, QV Centre, Queen Victoria Market. It was damn syiok. Dint rain until Friday which was the day we were leaving. So dint do much damage there. Otherwise it'll be a pain to walk arnd with an umbrella and holding bags n bags of goodies.

I am nvr taking a bus to melb anymore. I don even know why I was that stupid to book two bus tickets to melb instead of two air tickets to melb. It takes you 10 hrs to get to melb by bus and 45 MINS to get to melb by plane. You say I am crazy or not. I regret max. Hate bus rides. It hurts my ass. It's hard to sleep. It stinks when you got smelly feet ppl sitting arnd you. AND esp when you need to get to work by 9am and you're only reaching at 7. I worked from 9 to 5 that day when I reached ade. Sien or not. PFFFFTTT.

Thanks hon hon for the early anniversary and birthday present. I can't even find the best words to tell you how grateful I am to have a bf like you. *hugs* I really appreciate it for you being there for me every second. I love you max max. =)

Hired a MPV and went up to Victor Harbour on Thursday. We had 7 ppl who went to Vic harb and it turned out to be really really fun! Despite the really horrible weather, we had good food, good company, good exercise, and HEAPS of fun! First, we went down the city to get the car, then picked everyone up and headed there straight after. The journey there took us about 55 mins to an hour but it felt like a short while cuz we all had fun in the car! hehe! being the nosy us, we fiddled arnd with the buttons in the car and played with the seats! lol! bought snacks and ate non-stop during our journey. as soon as we reached, we started setting up the bbq pit. cleaning it up, preparing the meat, and setting up the table. I made salad and coleslaw and faiz did the honour of marinating the meat (chicken wings and lamb). the sausages dint need any marinating. The chickie wings and lamb tasted REALLY GOOD! We wanted to dig up the secret recipe to marinade the meat soo bad but Faiz stood strong insisting on not telling us. but still, some of us got to bring back leftovers and ngiahaha it was helluva worth it!

After the bbq lunch, we all cleaned up and threw the stuffs in the car. then with heavy rain and strong strong wind, we walked all the way to granite island, which is the island right across victor harbour.

See the green island off the square? we walked from the squary bit to the greeny island. Walked one whole round along the border of that island and back to the squary bit, which is Vic Harbour itself. how bizzare was that? and we did that in.....2.5hrs! SCHWEEET! haha! it dint feel that long and tiring cuz we took pics and joked arnd along our way. rock lovers couldnt resist themselves from taking pics with their beloved rocks. =.=''' and monkeys couldnt resist themselves from climbing arnd the dangerous rocks. +__+

After all that, we were dead tired once we reached vic harb and drove home straight after. Slept shit early that night and did not regret a single bit after that cuz I'm having serious sore throat and I'm flu-ish. I guess it was the rain and the heaty bbq food. However, I do not give a rat's ass about it =D Next thing to look forward to...MELBOURNE IN 2 DAYS! wheeeee!!!!! I cant wait!!

As I said, Melb in 4 days! How cool is that! Been there a couple of times already but I still love Melb and I still wana go there as many times as I can! haha! Prolly cuz Ade's too boring. but mind you, a great place to study, I mean good study environment (no entertainment at all)!
Oh lest I forget, Victor Harbour trip tmr! Will be renting a Toyota Tarago to drive up to that place and will be having a bbq lunch there! alog with 7 other ppl. It's gonna be fun! Despite the rain. I hope it doesnt rain when it comes to lunch time. Cuz most probably our bbq pits will be outdoor. +__+

As I promised, an update on rita's birthday party last nite (saturday). She held a dinner at The Maid and Magpie's on the intersection of Magill road and Payneham road. I knew where that place is because I used to live in Payneham South and the bus, that I used to take to get home, always passed by that place and it coincidentally, that place was under renovation for 1 yr plus when I used to live at p.s! That's how I took notice of that place! the run down place, getting demolished to bits n pieces and renewed again. lol!
The dinner was really really good! I had a type of 'lamb' dish and it tasted fabulous! the lamb was cooked half-done and it tasted JUST RIGHT. not too cooked not too raw. superb. gin organised a cake for rita and we had it after dinner. oh yeah! Gin's bf just arrived from singapore yesterday and i guess that's another celebration! haha! but anyway, after dinner, a smaller group of us walked to the Alma, which is just a few blocks down the st.

The ambience at Alma was nice. The drinks were fairly reasonable and the coolest part about alma is, the nibbles plates! how cool is that! they had waitresses walking by holding a platter of nibbles! They all tasted great mind you! yum! I really wana go there again. lol.

Danced with Rita and her partner, Brenton along with her other frens. They danced, hhmmsss, differently to how we usually dance. lol. The guys esp. they are more...how shud u put it...'opened' to how they danced. They dint bother about the reputation they'd give to the other random ladies on the dance floor! seriously! I envy that! lol! The guys were really daring and they danced really well! even the alma guy who goes arnd taking pics of ppl in the pub asked all of us to take a pic! how cool is that! lol!

Overall, the party was great. I missed having fun with the physios and now I have. =) Ah well, here comes the pics. Not a lot but at least a nutshell of what happened that night. =)

~~>Picked up the bf, conie and laurane from the exam hall at about 9.30 and dropped the two ladies back home before goin to cocolat for dessert with the bf. Had super yum chocolate waffles at cocolat and stalled there while waiting for the two women to get ready.

~~>We were craving for gelatissimo's gelati so we went there after cocolat. There weren't any flavors of our choices that night so we decided to leave it. walked to the car to keep our jacket as u knoe, u dont get baggage storage at pubs do u?=)
it was freeeezzzinngg that night but we had to bare with it when walking to pj obrien from our car. it was horrible. we were both shaking and our teeth were shivering like the clickty-clack skeleton heads u see in some old shows!! aiks!!

~~>anyhoos, met up with conie and laurane at pj obrien's and had a couple of drinks. couldnt drink too much as moi, a vr vr responsible driver, do not want to get caught by the drink-n-drive police check along the roads. Went to the dance floor to dance it off after that and the women's friends came long. Kavitha the lively bubbly indian-malaysian gal who danced like she's drunken 10 glasses of beer. Sook mun and sook kun who apparently managed to talk to heaps of random guys that night! haha! they're sooo lucky to be able to get random guys walking to them to talk (or even more)! I nvr get any. =( haris is to be blamed for this. pfft~
